The OR Scheduler works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that Surgical Suite procedures are appropriately and accurately booked. The OR Scheduler coordinates the scheduling and admissions of Operating Room procedures and Pre-Operative Clinic booking functions, facilitates communication and completes the clerical duties essential to the functioning of the Surgical Suite.

Permanent Casual. Mainly call in and vacation relief. Required to provide availability for a minimum of six (6) shifts per month. Must be available to work shifts including days and evenings. Shifts and hours may change according to departmental requirements as per the CUPE collective agreement.
