• Identify root causes, anticipate needs, exceed customer expectations, and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service with accurate measurements, precise adjustments and fittings with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets high standards of accuracy and quality for customers.
