Ridge Smile Dental is seeking a part‑time Associate Dentist to join our modern, well‑established practice in the close‑knit community of Ridgetown. This role will walk into a full schedule and an existing patient base with excellent support from a fully staffed team.

About The Role

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: 2–3 days/week, flexible on days to suit your schedule.
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Clinical Focus: General Dentistry – restorative and extractions
• Mentorship Available: Implants, perio, and clinical development from senior doctors in the Mady Group
• Suitable for new grads or internationally trained dentists with strong fundamentals

Practice Highlights

• 6 operatories in a newly renovated, stand‑alone building with ample free parking
• 2 full‑time hygienists and additional support from Mady Group hygiene team
• Digital Pan, iTero scanner, 3D printer, and Tracker PMS
• 15–20 new patients/month – strong patient flow from a loyal rural base and local agricultural college
• Dedicated CDA support; collaborative admin team (no treatment coordinator required)
• DDS compensated for hygiene x‑ray interpretation and recall exams
