Locations: Bowmanville & Courtice, ON

Longworth Dental is a privately owned, family‑friendly dental practice with two vibrant locations in Bowmanville and Courtice, ON. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment where patients feel at ease and our team feels supported and empowered to do their best work.

We’re currently looking for a Dental Associate to join our growing team. This is a part‑time position with the potential to become full‑time. We’re especially looking for someone who can help cover some summer holidays and take on a permanent Friday schedule (1–2 Fridays per month to start, with potential to grow into more days soon). Hours are flexible and can be discussed based on your availability.

  • Has experience or interest in digital dentistry (experience with CAD/CAM is a bonus!)
What You’ll Do
  • Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Deliver general dental care, including fillings, extractions, and more
  • Administer local anesthesia and ensure safe, effective treatment
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Work closely with our team to ensure every patient receives well‑rounded care
  • Keep accurate, up‑to‑date patient records
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience as a licensed dentist (new grads are welcome and encouraged to apply)
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAM technology (strong asset)
  • Solid understanding of dental office procedures and terminology
  • Valid dental license in Ontario
