Job summary

A leading telecommunications company is seeking an Opportunity & Deal Management Specialist in Mississauga. The role involves managing Salesforce data integrity, collaborating with various teams, and analyzing revenue opportunities to enhance performance. Ideal candidates will have experience in Sales Operations and proficiency with Salesforce. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring onsite presence three days a week.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or similar role within a B2B sales environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, particularly in managing opportunity pipelines and data is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in data.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective cross‑functional collaboration.
  • End‑to‑end process flow mapping is a plus (e.g., Visio).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain data hygiene within Salesforce for accurate revenue timing and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Finance and Delivery teams for opportunity management.
  • Monitor the deal pipeline to identify potential revenue delays.
  • Contribute to establishing team processes to improve forecast reliability.
  • Shift focus from data cleaning to analyzing alerts and advising sales leadership.
