  • Oversight of the full supplier lifecycle.
  • Lead RFI/RFP development, supplier negotiations, and contract preparation.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you’ll lead procurement activities across a portfolio of high-value, critical packages. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Analysis
    Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to develop comprehensive sourcing strategies that align with program goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure procurement activities support project timelines and deliverables.
  • Supplier Management
    Oversee the full supplier lifecycle—from pre-qualification and onboarding to performance evaluation and relationship management.
  • Contract & Commercial Management
    Lead RFI/RFP development, supplier negotiations, contract preparation, and post-award administration. Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate invoice processing.
  • Performance Oversight
    Monitor safety, delivery, and quality performance to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
