Qualifications

• . Certified Ophthalmic Assistant Course.
• . Experience with Humphrey’s Automated Perimeter and other eye-testing equipment.
• . Ability to assist in minor procedures, instilling drops and patch removal.
• . Knowledge of vision testing, ocular history taking, and lensometry/colour vision.

Responsibilities

• Assist ophthalmologists in the Eye Clinic and perform independent testing of clients.
• Provide support during examinations and coordinate testing procedures for multiple patients.
