The successful candidates will be responsible for operating equipment, including backhoes, wheel loaders, and snowplow pick-up trucks, to ensure safe and efficient clearing of snow from commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for snow plowing, hauling, and removal
• Maintain safe work practices while operating machinery
• Conduct basic maintenance and pre-operation inspections of equipment
• Respond to call-outs promptly during snow events
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure timely and thorough snow removal
