Coeur Mining, Inc. seeks Mill Operators for the Rainy River operation in Emo, Ontario. You will operate and monitor mill processing circuits within a dynamic mining environment, applying your milling expertise and safety mindset to a 14/14 rotation.

A collaborative, values-driven team awaits at a leading North American precious metals producer. The role requires five or more years in milling, experience with mill circuits, DeltaV PCS, and strong mechanical and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of milling experience.
• Experience operating mill circuits (Grinding, Leaching, Reagents, CND, Tailings, Crushing, Elution, Control Room).
• Knowledge of DeltaV or comparable process control systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers and computer-based operating equipment.
• Ability to work safely and independently or with a team.
• Willingness to share knowledge and cross-train others.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
