The Role

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Your contributions will help drive our world-class manufacturing standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
• Operating high speed machinery including:
  • Performing changeovers
  • Troubleshooting
  • Machine adjustments
  • Basic maintenance tasks
• Reading & following SOP's
• Contributing to our approach of continuous improvement and helping to achieve world class operational performance.

About You

• Great communication & team working skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude & hands-on experience with machinery or cars etc.
• Availability to work across 24hr rotating shift patterns.
• Manufacturing experience is advantageous however not essential.
• Be able to meet requirements of Orora's pre-employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing.
