A leading construction firm in Canada is seeking an Operations Trainer to oversee the development and delivery of training programs for field staff. This role emphasizes technology integration in construction practices and involves hands-on training in various settings. Ideal candidates should have a background in education or construction management, experience in technical training, and strong communication skills. The position offers the opportunity to improve staff capabilities while actively supporting project operations.
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Operations Trainer will support the implementation of technology solutions across our construction and field operations. This role will focus on developing, delivering, and managing comprehensive training programs for field staff on new technologies, systems, and processes.
