Job summary

Roska DBO Inc. is seeking an Operations Trainer for a facility just south of Grande Prairie. The role operates on a 4/3 schedule and requires living in the surrounding area since no camp or accommodations are provided.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in gas plant operations, experience with competency assessment and mentorship, and holds Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, and Common Safety Orientation. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug/alcohol test are required to ensure safe

Job description

A major oil and gas producer is looking for an Operations Trainer to join their team for their facility just south of Grande Prairie. The successful candidate will work a 4/3 schedule and will live in the surrounding area as no camp or accommodations are provided. Previous experience in competency assessment, training or mentorship is strongly preferred.

Additional requirements include:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in gas plant operations
• Previous experience with procedure writing strongly preferred
• Valid StandardFirst Aid, H2S Alive, Common Safety Orientation
• Clean driving abstract required
• Capable of passing pre-employment drug & alcohol test
• Must be able to work with no or little supervision, as well as within a team
