Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is seeking an on-site Operational Team Member to support pet aftercare operations.

No previous industry experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided, enabling you to contribute from day one with care and accuracy. You'll work with a compassionate team to ensure dignity and respect for every pet entrusted to our care, meeting daily production goals while maintaining a clean, safe workplace and supportive partnerships with veterinary partners and pet

• Ability to work well in a team and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
