WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Build & Execute: Implement promotional and CRM campaigns that enhance visibility and demand for our Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail verticals across the US and Canada. Your execution will directly drive growth and consumer engagement, and you will be responsible for campaign set‑up, content creation, and CRM calendar management.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Measure and analyze campaign performance meticulously to generate actionable insights for impactful improvement.
  • Test & Iterate: Develop and implement experiments, test new strategies, capture learnings, and apply improvements for continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal stakeholders across operations and marketing teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in CRM, communications, marketing operations or a general operations role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong bias toward action with a clear focus on simplifying complex processes, driving alignment, and executing effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently, and skilled in organization and time management.
  • Detail‑oriented, with a demonstrated ability to consistently execute complex tasks with high accuracy.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience managing digital promotions or CRM campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is highly preferred.
