Turf Care Products Canada is hiring an Operations Support Associate for our Vaudreuil-Dorion location. In this hands-on role you will clean, prepare, and stage equipment for deliveries while supporting warehouse, yard, and shipping operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, with forklift experience considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment detailing or warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare, and stage commercial equipment for deliveries.

• Provide general shipping, receiving, and warehouse support.

The Opportunity

Join our growing and dynamic team at Turf Care! We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to join our Vaudreuil-Dorion location.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for cleaning, preparing, and staging commercial equipment for customer deliveries and shipments, while supporting warehouse, yard, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Clean, detail, and prepare commercial equipment for customer deliveries, shipments, and marketing purposes.


• Perform basic equipment readiness checks, including battery charging, tire inflation, and identifying potential service concerns.


• Organize and stage equipment for deliveries, service work, and warehouse operations.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop, warehouse, yard, and storage areas.


• Assist Service Technicians with equipment positioning, parts movement, and general support as required.


• Support inventory movement and ensure equipment and materials are stored in designated locations.


• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles.


• Operate a forklift to move equipment and materials safely, as required.


• Provide general shipping, receiving, and warehouse support as needed.


• Support all divisions on Inventory related issues or cycle counts as requested by management.


• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established inventory control and health and safety procedures.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in equipment detailing, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or a similar hands-on role preferred.


• Forklift experience or certification considered an asset.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle equipment and materials.


• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.


• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.


• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
