Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead in Canada to manage equipment, inventory, and customer service while maintaining safety and reliability across operations. You will collaborate with staff and customers, support load/unload of agri-products, and uphold Nutrien EH&S standards.

The role requires hands-on operational experience, a Class 1 license (preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years operational experience required.
• Class 1 Driver's license preferred.
• Equipment operation knowledge required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility assets and assist with equipment repair and maintenance in a safe manner.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and customers, providing necessary customer service.
• Unload, load and deliver agri-products.
• Participate in inventory management and control procedures.
• Make recommendations to enhance performance of equipment.
• Assist with alternative regional operations during staff absences, may require cross-training in various positions.
• Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions and industry regulatory and EH&S standards.
