Qualifications

• 2-5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum three to five years previous manufacturing experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee performance through development, training, coaching, and corrective action.
• Identify safety hazards and take appropriate action to control them.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with the Production Planner.
• Drive plant housekeeping to maintain audit readiness.
• Assist in creating documents and procedures for operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Operations Manager to reduce manufacturing costs and increase production volumes.
