The Role

As the Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of products to customers within Regina and surrounds. Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage Fleet and Equipment : Oversee the maintenance and safe operation of trucks, forklifts, and other essential equipment.
  • Warehouse and Delivery Oversight : Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff and drivers while promoting a safety-first culture.
  • Vendor and Staff Liaison : Communicate effectively with vendors, employees, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Service : Provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with customers.
