Responsibilities
Oversee scheduled jobs daily to ensure work is set up for success.
Confirm all Technicians have a full day of work scheduled.
Assign Service Calls based on priority.
Communicate Technician absences with Payroll Team.
Conduct customer satisfaction calls.
