Operations Specialist

Work Arrangement

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a 3-person operations team responsible for managing account balancing, identifying breaks, and ensuring timely resolution. This role focuses on accuracy, communication, and strong analytical skills to maintain the integrity of internal processes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Balancing and reconciling accounts within defined timelines
  • Identifying breaks and investigating root causes
  • Communicating with the responsible team or individuals to correct issues
  • Ensuring breaks are fully resolved and documented
  • Processing operational transactions accurately and in compliance with policies and SLAs
