We are looking for full‑time and part‑time Delivery Drivers who can drive throughout the city to maintain and monitor our innovative, environmentally friendly electric scooters across the city of Ottawa!

If you have a passion for helping to make the city easier to navigate and you want to be part of changing how we provide affordable, inexpensive options to meet the transportation needs of your fellow Ottawans, we would love to have you join our 24‑hour operation!

Responsibilities include
  • Work with local operation teammates to ensure vehicles are distributed throughout the city in the right place at the right time for riders
  • Patrol service areas, inspect and identify vehicles that are in need of repair and maintenance
  • Use technology and software to log fleet activity and data to optimize fleet performance
  • Collect and re‑balance vehicles gathered at popular destination points
  • Move improperly parked vehicles back to appropriate parking areas
  • Perform light field repairs and field diagnostics to aid in fleet upkeep as needed
  • Collaborate with teammates, as well as work independently
  • Drive company vans to collect and re‑balance non‑motorized vehicles gathered at popular destination points or that are improperly parked
Requirements
  • A valid driver’s license (minimum Class 5), with a clear driver’s abstract
  • Able to drive delivery sprinter vehicle at peak times throughout the city’s core
  • Able to use basic hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Agreeable to a criminal background check as part of employment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work on the weekends on a regular basis
  • Self‑directed with the ability to work within a team environment
  • Able to work in an outdoor environment

There are a variety of shifts available as the scooters are operational 24 hours/day, 7 days/week with incentives offered throughout the season.
