Qualifications
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in printing or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of flexographic, offset, and digital printing processes (highly desirable).
Responsibilities
- Organize direct and control all aspects of daily production.
- Ensure optimal use of printing equipment and other machinery.
- Monitor schedules to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Work closely with production planning to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Supervise production supervisors, team leaders, press operators, and press helpers.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S and Kaizen.
- Enforce health and safety regulations throughout the plant.
