A leading janitorial service provider in Toronto is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites and ensure compliance with performance standards. This role involves managing employees and subcontractors, liaising with clients to address needs, and managing budgets effectively. The ideal candidate possesses strong management and client relationship skills, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and has janitorial experience in the grocery industry. Candidates must have a high school education or GED and be flexible with shift timings.
The Operations Manager oversees multiple sites, a portfolio, or a territory, and manages employees or subcontractors directly or indirectly. The Operations Manager is the face of the company and the first point of contact for all clients regarding operations, escalations, and work orders. The prime focus of the Operations Manager is to ensure that Alpine meets its contractual obligations in line with service and budget parameters, and to look proactively for ways to increase performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:
The Operations Manager will require flexibility in shift times. Must be able to obtain CPIC clearance. Frequent travel within a geographic region is required. Must have valid driver’s license with clean drivers’ abstract.
Candidate must have the ability to pass a criminal record check to be considered for this role.
