Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil construction, underground utilities, or oil & gas projects.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills are required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities needed.
• Comfortable with Excel, email, and digital reporting tools.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate crews, equipment, and materials across multiple projects.
• Support field supervisors with daily operations and logistics.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and project partners.
• Track production, costs, and progress for active projects.
• Assist with estimating, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure reporting, safety, and compliance are accurate and up to date.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
