We're seeking an Operations Manager to join our client's thriving pesticide business in Kenora.

What We Offer
  • Salary : $80,000-$90,000
  • Job Type / Shift : Permanent position. Monday to Friday and some weekends.

What You'll Do
  • Lead employee acquisition, training, and seasonal workforce management
  • Oversee inventory control and product distribution
  • Run pest control routes and ensure service excellence
  • Manage paperwork, licensing, and compliance
  • Collaborate with the owner to scale operations and grow revenue
  • Handle wildlife-related issues (with proper certification)
