Qualifications

• 10 or more years of industry experience.
• Good Driver's abstract and current Driver's License are required.
• A valid Passport or ability to get a Passport is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and effective communication with all employees.
• Oversee shop leadership and production processes.
• Develop and administer KPIs to support operational objectives.

Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude or experience

Fluency in English (verbal and written)

Strong knowledge of MS Office

Previous experience with ERP systems

Education

Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Engineering or Heavy Equipment Trades
