Summary

Join the store team as an Operations Leader responsible for driving operational efficiency, overseeing tailoring shop and service desk operations, and delivering strategic initiatives to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on managing controllable expenses, ensuring inventory and POS accuracy, leading cross functional teams, and supporting store maintenance and administrative standards.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with store leaders to meet financial and KPI targets and improve productivity
  • Manage payroll, supplies, security and other controllable store expenses
  • Oversee tailoring shop operations including scheduling and quality standards
  • Manage service desk logistics shipping and receiving and order fulfillment functions
  • Ensure POS policy and inventory accuracy and address transaction errors
  • Deliver and communicate key business initiatives and partner with national SMEs
  • Oversee store maintenance health and safety and facilities issues
  • Administer program controls including audits shrink and asset protection
  • Develop non selling teams through coaching onboarding and performance management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a client facing role with leadership capacity
  • Proven ability to drive customer loyalty conversion and elevate in store and online customer experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing others with documented coaching and performance improvements
  • Strong business acumen communication and understanding of policies and procedures
  • Service oriented with ability to manage high volume customer interactions calmly
  • Experience with shipping receiving merchandising order fulfillment and inventory management preferred
  • Demonstrated interest in technology to support retail customer service functions
