Your role at Sephora

As Team Lead, Operations, you will support all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store location. You will manage the Operations team and support staffing, overnight stock, leadership, and overall execution.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence – Lead store operations and execute all processes per company standards.
  • Inventory Management – Manage shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counting, and complete processes within guidelines.
  • Visual Merchandising – Ensure merchandising concepts and stage visuals meet standards, coach cleaning crews.
  • Supply Management – Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, samples.
  • Performance Assessment & Development – Manage performance situations and deliver timely feedback.
  • Passionate about clients – Act as Manager on Duty, engage Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
  • Develop budget strategies – Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.
