Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Lead will oversee the day-to-day logistics, inventory, and production support activities within the facility. This role combines operational oversight with hands‑on leadership, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment across shipping, receiving, procurement, and inventory functions. The successful candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and practical execution to ensure that every aspect of operations supports Peace By Chocolate’s high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
