Join our dynamic Research Department as an Operations Executive and be a key driver in managing, developing, and supporting our fieldwork team to deliver quality market research insights.

What You’ll Do

• Train new fieldwork team members to follow SOPs and deliver quality data collection.
• Deploy field team members to projects and locations based on business needs.
• Monitor and analyse field team KPIs to ensure timely project completion and high performance.
• Coach team members to help them develop strengths, improve weaknesses, and stay engaged.
• Ensure Quality by maintaining consistency and adherence to data collection standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma required.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience.
• People management: coaching, motivating, training others.
• Communication: Speak and write clearly and confidently in English and at least one other language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil preferred).
