Qualifications

  • 3+ years in eCommerce fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with non-technical and technical audiences.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and data fluency to pull, reconcile, and report operational metrics.
  • Strong analytical and financial competencies for decision making.
  • Effective problem solving and critical thinking, both proactive and reactive.
  • Strong time management with ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Understanding of inventory accuracy within fulfillment operations and reconciliation end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations across the fulfillment center network, owning cases from intake to resolution.
  • Escalate systemic or technical faults to partner teams and validate fixes.
  • Manage delivery appointment scheduling and capacity with sellers and carriers, ensuring service levels.
  • Own removals lifecycle including disposition decisions and vendor coordination.
  • Reconcile seller inventory end to end with FC Quality Assurance for accuracy.
  • Support inventory loss reconciliation and reimbursement tracking.
  • Track, report, and improve core metrics: inbound/outbound volumes, cycle times, and accuracy.
