Make your mark while you grow your career! Reporting to the Superintendent of the Value Stream, you will provide direct input and assistance on all operational and maintenance issues within Bitumen Production Organization. You will work together with staff from across the organization to ensure cross functional teams associated with your business unit are aligned and creating value.Internal groups will include but not be limited Bitumen Production Operations Team, Maintenance Team, Reliability Team, Asset Integrity Team, Continuous Improvement and other business areas to maximize production and lower operating costs. This position has no direct reports and will provide direct input to Shift Team Lead (STL) and Maintenance related to Operations goal setting and performance evaluations.
