Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Daily Responsibilities

Partnerships Program Coordination (75%)

  • Cross-functional program coordination on AI Partnerships, such as our Let’s SOLVE it and Fellowships Programs, our Academic Advisor programs and various external initiatives and events in collaborations with our partners;
  • Manage timelines and risks to ensure that our partnership programs and initiatives stay on schedule;
  • Manage partnerships budgets, employ project management tools and prepare and keep clear and detailed records about our partnership initiatives to ensure productivity of our programs.

Office Coordination (25%)

  • Office management support, such as coordinating team lunches and events, on/off-boarding employees, providing exceptional employee support;
  • Create and foster the employee experience by coordinating and executing office events, creating effective communications to employees, and proactively anticipating employee needs;
  • Contribute to the implementation of operational improvements in order to streamline processes.
Must Have Skills
  • 2-3 years relevant project or program coordination experience, ideally, within a Partnerships function;
  • Recent graduate in business administration, business management or relevant experience;
  • Keen interest in logistics, event coordination, office management, and administration;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
