A non-profit organization in Toronto seeks an Operations & Communications Assistant to support various programs. The role involves assisting with operations, developing communications, and providing support to the management team. Ideal candidates should possess strong coordination, creativity, and communication skills, and be available for 15 hours a week. Compensation is $20/hour with additional benefits.

YCI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Communications Assistant to provide support to YCI’s programs. This role will report to and directly support YCI’s management team. This opportunity is open to students, recent graduates and young professionals ready to start a career in the non-profit sector!
The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, creativity and technology skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include supporting operations and logistics across YCI programs, developing creative communications to share our impact and providing ongoing executive assistance to senior leadership. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operational flow and quality outcomes across YCI’s global offices.
