Job summary

Overview

The Stock Associate will maintain inventory levels, organize stockrooms and ensure products are properly stocked on the sales floor. The position is based at the Vancouver Oakridge Shopping Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and unload shipments, verifying accuracy against invoices.
  • Organize and store inventory in stockrooms, ensuring proper labeling and placement.
  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain stock levels.
  • Assist in executing inventory counts and loss prevention measures.
  • Keep stockroom clean, organized and free of hazards.
  • Follow company procedures for handling damaged or defective merchandise.
  • Work with sales associates and managers to fulfill stock requests.
  • Maintain awareness of product availability and restock needs.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail, warehouse or stockroom experience (preferred).
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (if applicable).
Work Schedule
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed.
Hourly Range

$18‑$19
