We’re looking for a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves person to join our team and build a career as an Operations Associate II in Mississauga, Ontario.

Description

Responsible for all duties necessary to support the technical team. The Operations Associate is an important role to ensure our success of our operations in house and in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain customer equipment;
  • Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment;
  • Install machines at customer locations;
  • Provide assistance as needed to the operations team;
  • Receive, bench and prepare equipment for installation;
  • Schedule and coordinate equipment installs with technicians and the sales team;
  • Maintain equipment inventory and support with parts supply.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the line manager.

Total Rewards

CAD $45,700.00 - $61,776.00 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma preferred;
  • 1 year in similar role;
  • Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract;
  • Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience;
  • Comfortable driving cube truck.

  • Basic computer skills;
  • Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer‑service skills;
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
