Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Support and improve branch and cash operations, including teller workflows, cash‑handling controls, and frontline execution.
• Partner with branch leaders to analyze daily field processes, identify operational gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
• Produce clear, accurate operational documentation, reports, and written communications used across the branch network.
• Bring hands‑on experience in banking, branch operations, or cash‑operations roles (teller, supervisor, or branch leader). Use data to support decision‑making; experience with Power BI or dashboard analytics is a strong plus.
• French language skills are an asset for supporting bilingual regions.
