Job description

Responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions for hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance, and customer service. Tends to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages promptly to optimize delivery times. Serves as the first point of contact for customers regarding various issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years of customer service, clerical, or related experience required; experience in dock operations or distribution centers preferred
  • General business skills such as typing, data entry, review, and use of phone, copier, and fax
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Customer service skills to respond to requests professionally and effectively
  • Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment, changing priorities, and maintain accuracy
