A leading mining company located in Timmins, Ontario is seeking an individual to support Mine and Clerical tasks efficiently. The role involves creating and publishing Safety Reports, managing contractors, and overseeing timesheets and invoices. The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Reporting to the Mine Operations Engineer, the primary purpose of this role is to support Mine and Clerical tasks/responsibilities, effectively and efficiently. This position will work from the mine site and with both internal and external resources in order to ensure that the position objectives are met.
5/2 – Monday to Friday with a possible option of 4/3 – Monday to Thursday.
