We are seeking a Coordinator, Operational Training to help ensure seamless training delivery for one of our largest and busiest regions. You will play a key role in supporting regional Training Managers, Advisors, and operational leaders by coordinating day-to-day training administration, maintaining training data and systems, preparing reports, and ensuring timely scheduling and logistics for hundreds of mariners and terminal personnel.

The target salary range is $55,000 - $61,800 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
