Job summary

You will own budgets, vendor contracts, and drive safe, reliable automation systems while aligning with corporate standards.

The role requires 8-10+ years in OT/oil & gas, plus 3+ years in team leadership and project management. Travel between Calgary, Bonnyville, and Lloydminster offices is expected.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in operational technology, automation, or control systems in oil and gas.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and managing budgets and multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of field infrastructure and control systems, plus OT security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of OT, network, and security professionals and own the budget and vendor performance.
• Maintain OT security program aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure safe, documented change control on all control system changes.
• Coordinate between operations, vendors, and technology teams; support control room alarms.
• Plan upgrades, risk management, and project prioritization across multiple sites.
