Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Consultant to support a risk management function on a contract basis in Ontario, Canada. You will conduct risk assessments, test controls, and apply core operational risk concepts to strengthen practices with minimal oversight.

You should have 3–5 years in risk management, experience meeting with stakeholders, and a background in audit or accounting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience within risk management (this can be from either compliance, risk or audit).
• Has experience meeting with stakeholders to share controls objectives and request related controls.
• Has the ability to identify, confirm and document the gaps within current risk processes.
• Has the ability to assess the risk and controls within entities and business unit functions.
• Strong knowledge of risk management industry standards and methodologies.
• Has a background in audit or accounting.
