A leading health services company is looking for an Operational Excellence Coordinator in Montreal. The coordinator will provide administrative support to the Mental Health and Employee Assistance Program teams and handle staffing-related matters. Candidates should be bilingual in French and English, possess strong communication and time-management skills, and preferably have a Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field. Reporting to Maud Grillet, Sr. Manager Operational Excellence (MH & EAP), the mission of the Operational Excellence Coordinator is to provide administrative support to Dialogue’s Team Leads for the Mental Health and Employee Assistance Program teams.
Tasks include coordinating with Dialogue’s Scheduling and Human Resources team to assist with team-wide communications, supporting staffing, managing profiles and being a point of contact for administrative-related support.
Operational Excellence Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting Dialogue’s Team Leads with team-wide engagement and recognition activities.
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
