A prominent health care organization in Metro Vancouver is seeking Operating Room Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care at St. Paul's Hospital. The role requires assessing patient needs and developing comprehensive care plans. Successful candidates must be registered nurses in Canada with suitable qualifications and a passion for teamwork. The position offers competitive pay of CAD $41.42 to $55.91 per hour along with comprehensive benefits, including a generous recruitment incentive.

Formación

• Must be a registered nurse in Canada in good standing and eligible for registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
• Completion of a post graduate operating room course or two years' recent experience in an equivalent setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients' physical, social, spiritual, and psychological needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Incorporate teaching into care plans to educate patients and families.
• Make referrals to resources as needed.
• Support fellow healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient/resident progress and evaluate outcomes.
