TransAlta is currently hiring for an Operating Engineer, 2nd Class at our Windsor Cogeneration Plant. Reporting to the Windsor Plant Manager and the Operations Supervisor/Chief Engineer, this role will serve as the Relief Operator, providing coverage for various operator positions on a 12-hour shift schedule.
This is a full‑time, unionized, safety‑sensitive position. Pre‑employment testing will be required as a condition of employment.
This is a UniforLocal444 position covered by the terms of the collective agreement.
