Job Overview
  • We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within our product delivery portfolio.
  • This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • The Technical Project Manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • This individual will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, taking ownership of delegated tasks and driving results.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Priority Management: Balance competing priorities and ensure critical projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with business, product, and technical teams to align expectations and resolve issues.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and elevate issues as needed.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to senior management.
  • Process Optimization: Apply best practices in project management and continuously improve delivery processes.
  • Delegation & Team Support: Act as a point of execution for tasks delegated by senior leadership, ensuring accountability and timely completion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Certifications: PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
