Job summary

Dodds Garage Doors seeks a Senior HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition to lead HR operations and full-cycle recruitment across Southern Ontario. You will own onboarding, off-boarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, health & safety, and performance management.

Reports to the President and partners with Service Managers at each location. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in HR, strong recruitment experience, and solid knowledge of Ontario employment law.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Ontario employment and health & safety legislation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across all Dodds locations.
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding start-to-finish.
• Handle employee relations investigations and workplace complaints.
• Maintain HR records and coordinate with Payroll and IT on hires and terminations.
• Oversee group benefits renewals, enrollments, and broker relationships.
• Lead quarterly performance reviews aligned with bonus metrics.
