A leading automotive company is seeking a Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Excellence Manager in Oshawa. This hybrid role involves leading sales experience strategies and overseeing product launches. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in digital technology, strong strategic planning skills, and a Bachelor’s degree. Hybrid - This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Oshawa Elevation Centre or the Markham Elevation Centre Location three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business].
The Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Excellence Manager plays a critical role in growing the Canadian subscription business through effective packaging & pricing and sales experience strategies, as well as overseeing GTM launch excellence. In this role, you will lead the OnStar product catalogue, trial strategy & onboarding experiences. Leveraging your strong strategic planning and ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, you will be responsible to ensure effective launch plans are in place and sales channel readiness for key launches in the Canadian market. Reporting to the National Manager, Revenue Growth, you will apply your leadership and relationship management skills to drive current and future business performance.
