  • Well-versed in the Mining and Heavy Equipment industries, including key trends and challenges.
  • Proficient in conducting successful negotiations and fostering constructive discussions.
  • Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with complex issues.
  • Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients and peers.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead commercial strategy for Caterpillar's Mining business across Canada.
  • Build and nurture high-level relationships with dealers and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Account Product Support Managers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Ensure every deal delivers strong financial returns.
  • Manage pricing, product support terms, and inventory allocation.
