Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT infrastructure with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-site operational environments.
• Ability to develop and lead technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a small team including Sys Admin, Network Admin, and IT Specialists.
• Owning servers, networks, storage, desktops, peripherals, and security controls.
• Delivering multiple concurrent infrastructure and change projects.
• Ensuring high system uptime, performance, and security compliance.
• Partnering closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and site leaders.
